3D Modeling

With a background in studying architecture and extensive experience creating digital renders of real estate properties, my 3D skills include Hard Surface Modeling, PBR material creation, UV mapping, path traced lighting and rendering, and realtime lighting and rendering. I have a deep knowlege of Blender 3D, and have created multiple addons to speed up my production process. Additionally, I am very comfortable creating materials, lighting setups, and cinematics in Unreal Engine.

Anna Zara - 15 Hudson Yards

 

Working with the interior designers and architect, I was able to recreate this luxury Manhattan apartment with accurate measurements, materials, and furniture. Live design sessions were held with the client to visualize different furniture options, layouts, and finishes in real time. Select assets and materials were created by team members, with the rest being done by me. I also was in charge of lighting, materials, final QC, and editing the video. Created in Blender, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Substance Designer.   

 
 

Pembroke - Seaport Place

 

This 40,000 sqft office floor took exceptional organization and planning to finish, as it was broken up between multiple team members whose work was combined in the final stages of the project. This digital reconstruction allowed us to create high-quality 360 renders of the entire floor with accurate finishes, furniture selections, and installations, useful as marketing materials and to visualize different layouts in the space. Created in Blender, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

Global Holdings - 120 Park Avenue

 

I lead a team in producing a complete 3D recreation of this downtown Manhattan office space to visualize different floorplan layouts and interior design choices for our client. As the lead editor, I was responsible for organizing and delegating 3D modelling tasks to my team and overseeing the creative vision of the final renders. This involved designing the lighting, animating the camera movements, and composing the final video edit. Created in Blender, Unreal Engine, and Premiere Pro.
